People’s Defense Force (Mandalay)
In 2021, the idea of traveling from Northern Shan State to Mandalay in a single day felt like a distant dream, something hard to believe.
However, today, this dream has become a reality. Traveling from Mandalay to Northern Shan State, savoring Shan noodles, and returning all in one day is now possible.
This remarkable change is thanks to the tireless efforts of our soldiers and the unwavering support of the people. The once arduous journey between Northern Shan and Mandalay has now become manageable.
If this is achievable, then traveling from Mandalay to Naypyidaw is certainly within reach. For the journeys that have become less distant, we bow in honor of the soldiers and medics who sacrificed their lives and those who endured severe injuries.
As part of the People’s Defense Force (Mandalay), we continue to march forward with unwavering determination!
