The People’s Defense Force (Mandalay) and the People’s Relations and Organization Department are actively conducting educational campaigns to help the public understand and adhere to safety guidelines for avoiding artillery and aerial attacks.
As the aggressive military regime continues to lose ground, it has increasingly targeted civilians and civilian areas with airstrikes and other forms of attacks. In light of these developments, we urge all civilians to follow the safety guidelines for avoiding aerial attacks as closely as possible to minimize risks.
We, the People’s Defense Force (Mandalay), sincerely request the cooperation of the public in adhering to these safety measures.
